JUST A GUY

Nick graduated from Tabor College with a Bachelor of Arts in graphic design and a minor in psychology. He enjoys designing processes that challenge his critical and creative mind which tends towards utilitarianism.

He taught himself photography with a special interest in black and white. Photography is Nick’s outlet for self-expression and personal development. He combines his design studies with his photography capturing common themes that are abstract, geometrical, and the realities of life. His photographic work has garnered recognition, earning acceptance in notable galleries: Leedy-Voulkous Art Center, Cape Cultural Art Center, and Exhibizone.

Nick’s parents inspired him into numismatics during childhood. It continues to be an inspiring and nostalgic hobby, driven by the cultural narratives embedded in coins and currency. His collection also includes the diverse monetary expressions of the countries he has visited. Noticing a lack of design appeal within the United States numismatic community, Nick has taken this as a motivator to enhance the visual aesthetics to reshape the way United States coin collecting is perceived.
